Over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry personal training & then gym owner for the past 6 years. Crossfit athlete winner/podium of a number of big competitions nationwide also in Europe & 3 time Crossfit team regionals athlete 2016, 2017 & 2018. Programmed by head coach Robert. This class involves strength training, gymnastics, Olympic lifting & high intensity training. It has a great mix and is scalable from a total beginner to an advanced experienced athlete.
We offer a wide range of personal training slots daily Monday-Saturday. Payment can be made in block book or single sessions.

Learn the basics first before adding any weight. This class will make you feel more comfortable so you learn the correct technique needed for classes. This will then optimise your training over the long term so you don't pick up any bad habits.
